Mathale Investments (Pty) Ltd, trading as Mathale Group, is a 100% black-owned entity established in 2015. The company originated from the desire to become a multi-skilled service provider of choice, focused on professional and reliable solutions built on long-term relationships with suppliers and clients in both the public and private sectors.
Founder Mathale Jackson Tsebe brings more than 25 years of business development and international trade experience. Around that core we have built relationships with reputable businesses and suppliers carrying more than 40 years of experience across mining, manufacturing, construction, infrastructure development and general supply — so one contract covers scope that would otherwise need several vendors.

Our strategy is to use a project management approach for each business solution, from small initiatives to large projects. Each solution is tailored to the customer's requirements through the skills, experience and knowledge found in Mathale. We use a consultative process to understand, analyse and provide the appropriate business solutions and products our clients require.

We meet, review the site or tender documents, and establish the real constraints — budget, timeline, compliance and operating conditions.
Analyse
Scope is broken down and matched against our internal capability and supplier network, so pricing reflects the actual method, not a guess.
Deliver
A single project manager owns the work. Materials, plant and labour are coordinated to hit programme dates and safety requirements.
Support
Handover includes documentation and, where required, an ongoing maintenance arrangement so the asset keeps performing.
